About the Role

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for new and existing customers, managing service requests, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You’ll work closely with internal teams to coordinate bookings, action service variations, and maintain accurate account information. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries, resolving issues quickly, and providing clear updates to clients.

  • Accurately process service variations, bookings, and account updates across multiple systems.

  • Action credits, coordinate dispute resolutions, and maintain the Waste Issues Register (WIR).

  • Liaise with Sales, Operations, and Management to facilitate efficient service delivery.

  • Support the team by stepping into supervisory responsibilities when required.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

About You

  • A customer-focused professional with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated experience in resolving customer issues and providing timely, effective solutions.

  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms simultaneously—experience with Salesforce, online portals, and Excel is highly regarded.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems (training provided).
